Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been in the Collision Repair business as Elite Bodyworks, Inc. since 2000 and overall we have over 23 years experience in collision repair.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Q: Where do I park when dropping off my car or truck?

A: Park in any open space close to our office on Washington, St. or on Mahler Rd. which is a dead-end.

Q: Do you have a drop box for keys?

A: Yes, we have an after-hours drop box available. Please be sure to lock your vehicle and remove all personal valuables including your registration, wallet, parking permit, Fast Lane transponder, garage door opener or the like.

Q: When I drop off my vehicle, can you give me a ride home or elsewhere?

A: Yes, as long as your destination is within a 10 mile radius of our facility. Please call us in advance so we can have a car and driver available.

Q: How soon after an accident can I schedule my vehicle for repair?

A: If your vehicle has suffered severe damage such as the loss of a wheel, a broken radiator, a bent frame of the like, we can accommodate you immediately. We typically reserve space for such vehicles. If your vehicle is still operational, call and ask for our next appointment date or arrange for us to pick up the vehicle.

Q: Is Elite Bodyworks affiliated with any other collision repair center in the Boston area?

A: No, we are totally independent, thus we can provide you with the best possible price and quality service.

Q: Can I take my vehicle where I choose to have it repaired

A: Yes, you have the right to have your car repaired at the facility of you  choose. Some insurance companies have specific facilities they recommend, but, you can use any repair facility you wish to do the work. We have well established relationships with all major insurance companies.

Q: What do I have to do to get repairs started on my vehicle?

A: Just call or email us. Our staff will be happy to work with you and your insurance company to minimize any inconvenience to you and repair your vehicle as soon as possible.

Q: Can you deliver our repaired vehicle?

A: We can deliver your vehicle if you are within a 10 mile radius from our shop. Please make arrangements in advance. Also, we can have your car towed to you for a fee.

Q: What happens when my vehicle is towed in for repairs?

A: When we receive your vehicle, we will take pictures of the damage, prepare the initial estimate and notify you of the initial amount. Then, if the vehicle has suffered significant damage, we will call and ask you to sign the authorization for us to disassemble the vehicle so we may obtain a more accurate estimate. The State of Massachusetts does not permit us to disassemble your vehicle unless the authorization has been signed. Given that we have an accurate estimate of the cost of repair, we will contact the insurance company, get approval to proceed with the repair, repair the vehicle and return it to you as soon as possible. Often the entire process may only take 3-5 days.

Q: Can you tow my car.

A: We have towing services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you call after hours, the towing company will bill Elite Body Works. Please feel free to call us for assistance.
